Pop Art Cats "DIY PAC Showdown"

This POAP is to commemorate the First Art Contest "DIY PAC Showdown" hosted by the Pop Art Cats. To enter this contest participants will be asked to create a Custom Dream PAC. We would love to see how creative everyone can get so we are allowing all participants to use any of the original traits and or create their own! Matt Chessco has given all participants access to the original PAC traits files which include- Backgrounds, skins, eyes, mouths, clothes and hats! ALL Participants who submit their entry before the 8pm est deadline on Aug. 15th 2022 will receive a Limited Edition POAP shortly after submitting their entry! Good Luck Everyone!
