Community Building and Educating in Web3 Web3 offers the opportunity to create communities that are decentralized, self-governed, and more engaging, opening numerous opportunities for better governance and interaction on the web. Communities can provide support and resources to help members onboard and learn about blockchain. This education can be especially important in the early stages of adoption, when there may be fewer resources available. This week, we'll hear from two Immutable Founders as to why they think community building and educating in web is so important and what they're working on to bring it to life. About the Speakers: Jeremiah Long is the Founder of Wedge, Inc non-profit for helping underrepresented people learn Web3 tech, Founder of NFTATL, Atlanta based Web3 conference, and moonlighting as an NFT Archaeologist. He has been working in Product Management, Experiential Marketing, TV/Film Production, and Branding for over 20 years. Harsha Tambareni is an entrepreneur, content creator, and currently an Electrical Engineering student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has built up a follower network of 1,000,000 across social media platforms as a dancer and content creator. He now aims to help millions of young entrepreneurs learn and develop business and tech skills through Metaversity, a blockchain based EduTech platform.
