Syncronaut Governance Guidelines Proposal

Syncronauts gathered in consensus to set forth guidelines for the smooth operation of a DAO to govern the Syncronauts. While they understand no governance is perfect, may these guidelines keep the Syncronauts on a brave and true course on this risky mission and help them in the future in the face of adversities and disagreements. Designed for growth and adaptability this first step is big leap for the Syncronauts. This award is to those Syncronauts who voted ~Feb 1st. 2022
