Well done! You've completed week 1 of 15 on our fitness journey to VeeCon! Be proud of yourself for starting the journey, often times starting is the hardest part. Celebrate your progress, no matter how big or small. This could mean, drinking more water, adding in more miles in your run, trying a new workout, getting the rest you deserve, meditating.
