The interdisciplinary project team consisted of 19 students. The objective was to develop a concept on how to attract and recruit Gen Z in the field of Automotive Consulting. Under the guidance of Mercedes-Benz Consulting, the following work packages were processed:
“WAR FOR TALENTS” – How to attract and recruit Gen Z
- Research of existing approaches and best practices
- Development of (digital) concepts on how to attract and recruit Gen Z in the field of Automotive Consulting
- Development of mock-ups for an online platform/website with gamification elements, data matching, etc.
