Congratulations on completing Tennis Australia's The Essential Experience Program 2023. A series of experiential activities to empower our leaders to deepen their connection to self, be inspired to lead high-performing teams with confidence and champion inclusivity. Experience I - Leading Self (You Yangs Walk with Uncle Paul Callaghan): Exploring the concept of human leadership and developing a deeper understanding of how you make sense of the world and how this impacts the leadership you provide to others. Experience II - Leading Others (Escape Room): Understanding how you can effectively lead others through accountable leadership and learn how to create and manage high-performing teams, and what to do when team members continue to underperform. Experience III - Leading Diversity & Inclusion (Virtual Reality): Exploring what it means to lead inclusively and how to foster a culture of belonging and what responsibility you have as a leader to ensure the people you engage with feel heard, seen and safe.
