Myth Taken POAP #17 Ghosts Tell the Best Stories
Congratulations!
You have just minted Myth Taken POAP #17!
Thanks so much for contributing so much to our storytelling space!
Writing... listening... showing up in so many ways!
We appreciate you! And we hope you spread the love!
And of course here is our POAP poem for the week!
🎪 Dead Men Don’t, But Ghosts Sure Do
🎵 Step right up, don’t be afraid,
The ghosts are out... the debts are paid!
The book’s wide open, the ink still bleeds,
Whispering all their wicked deeds.
They said, “Dead men tell no tales!”...ha! wrong!
These spirits hum a carnival song.
They twirl through pages, rattle and rhyme,
Spilling secrets lost to time.
One ghost giggles, one takes notes,
Another steals your haunted quotes!
Their laughter’s stitched with candle flame,
Each verse a dare, each rhyme a game.
So mind your words, the mirror warns true,
For what you say might answer you.
And once the ghosts have had their fun...
The story’s told… but never done. 🎠👻
