TORT - Melon Minds - 2/5/22

Tort gave a Melon Minds keynote on February 5th, 2022 on training, diet, recovery and mindset and how they play a crucial role in developing strength. He provided information aimed at helping beginner and intermediate lifters 'level-up' and become more efficient in their weight-lifting careers. Tort touched on how often to train, how to train, how to fuel your body correctly, how to recovery efficiently and also provided additional resources to high-quality YouTube channels focused on weight-lifting.
