Approve a 20 eth purchasing fund for DAO

Proposed vote: Approve 20 eth of the DAOs funds for one or more not-advance-announced investments at the discretion of the team and Investor's Club, under the following conditions: i) Ideas for this mechanism will include those raised in the Proposal Discussion channel. ii) Any team member or Investor's Club member who has already invested in a project under consideration recuses themselves from discussion and does not vote. iii) No team member or Investor's Club member is permitted to purchase NFTs from projects as they are being discussed, until after the time of public announcement of the purchase or until after the decision is to not invest. iv) The approval for this 20 eth is valid for one month from the time of approval; any unspent funds will expire, requiring re-consideration and re-vote for any future such approvals by the DAO, if desired. https://snapshot.org/#/wowpixies.eth/proposal/0x491ccdfc2adc4b91dfafaf4cdb1bb3f697fa4ab7b7206bdf98faad00eefb01ca
