NFTuesdayLA x Aya x Patricia El

Ahead of this week's exhibit on generative art with Artsy and Vellum LA, Aya + Patricia El will join us on 3/22/22 to share their work, and how they use generative tools to forge a path for new languages in the realm of digital art and beyond. Aya is a multi-hyphenate creative, Artificial Intelligence (AI) artist, data scientist, and poetic meditation teacher; she co-creates with AI to generate visuals inspired by storytelling. Aya will discuss the development process of her two NFT collections: Restorative Afrofuturism and Generating Binti Worlds. Patricia El works across immersive technologies, social justice, audio-visual poetics, and storytelling to explore forms of collective (and personal) liberation, digital protest, and equity in the machine age.
