"The Very Basics of Yoga 101" led by Jossue *@barrera_jossue* - 03/24/22 Congratulations for getting healthy with the Roo Crew for our FIRST EVER Health Workshops! Those who attended learned about the importance of fueling the body with nutrient dense foods (whole-foods, plant-based diets), the various kinds of herbal supplements that exist (plus which ones should be taken for specific things going on with the body), how to improve breathing technique, the history of yoga and some basic poses for beginners. A HUGE THANKS goes out to Kara, Rich & Jossue for hosting these amazing calls.
