Tranchess - Chinese Community Set Up - Stage 2

The POAP is to celebrate / commemorate the successful set up of Tranchess Community. We have crossed over 1.5k mark and looking to move steadily ahead towards 3k in a short time. It is also in line with our 2nd half growth achievements - This POAP is synonymous with the benchmark developments currently.
