My NOUNSDAO Proposal

This POAP is created to showcase my "POAP POPE" proposal in the nouns' prop.house round 5. POAPs are farmed, the idea is to ask the nounsdao for funding to prevent this from happening at big Ethereum events. Having one volunteer in charge of the POAP distribution is decreasing the chances of those POAPs being farmed. This volunteer could be wearing a POPE costume to insist on the play on word POAP and POPE which sound similar. Alternatively this volunteer could be dressed up as a cop, so it is the "POAP POPO".
