This was one of the weekly conversation topics from a fantastic discord community , @women_in_games_wigj (on Instagram) that I joined recently. There were so many thoughtful responses and ideas shared, and I loved it so much I thought, let’s make it a #thecultureofgaming vodcast conversation! We'll be hosting a thoughtful conversation about what importance of cultivating and nurturing a community and walk through some of the communities that are doing it right!
