Bayer Community Days 2022, Day 2

Dear colleagues, If you received this POAP, you participated in one of the sessions of the Day 2 of the Bayer Community Days 2022. By joining the Bayer Community Days Event 2022 you get the chance to Find out how our networks can become our business superpower with a keynote speech from Mikel Mangold, former Bayer employee and author of “Today’s Superpower: Building Networks”. Expand your own network by joining the networking session with Sarena Lin, Chief Transformation & Talent Officer on the Board of Management of Bayer AG. Meet the communities within the Bayer world to get to know them and to learn how you can join and benefit from their work. Attend the kick-off event of Bayer’s Hispanic Community UNIDOS with Rodrigo Santos, Head of the Crop Science Division on the Board of Management of Bayer AG. Participate in the panel discussions between communities and external guests with focus on: - the role of transformational innovation at Bayer - the impact of communities at Bayer - how to embrace mindfulness in your work life - how to shape your personal and professional development We will start every day around 12 pm CET and offer multiple sessions until 4 or 5 pm CET. Sessions will be offered in German and English (depending on the speakers). You find further details on the topics and the participating communities in Intranet.
