Participation in ReFi Low Speed Sessions as part of EthTLV23 events

The POAP is given to EthTLV23 side event attendees as a souvenir for IRL participation and also serves as a tool. To encourage participation and foster fruitful communities, we created a game that brings all events and participants together.
